Returns Information

We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and services.

There may be times when you need to return your purchases. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you in returning your product. You should also read our Warranty Policy, which covers warranty claims under the Australian Consumer Law.

Upon receiving your item (s) carefully unpack and check that what you have ordered is what you have received. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us immediately by email ([email protected]), so that any concerns that you may have can be addressed. Contact must be made with within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. We will do our utmost to make sure that any issue you may have is rectified as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so we make every effort to ensure you have a hassle-free experience.

We strive to ensure that all items are despatched in perfect condition. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please notify us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Claims for damage in transit must be made against the carrier and, while HULK 4×4 will not accept liability for any such damage, details of any claim must be promptly advised to us prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier. Any damages must be reported to HULK 4×4 within 72 hours of receipt. Please include your order number (which can be found on your invoice), and the problem with your item. We will work with you closely to ensure we rectify the issue as soon as possible.

If an incorrect item has been supplied to you, HULK 4×4 will pay for all postage to have the item returned and replaced provided the item is returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged, along with the receipt.
