Shipping Information

HULK 4×4 offers flat rate shipping of $15 to mainland Australia and Tasmania. If you are not sure about delivery to you please contact us and we will be glad to help.


We use Australia Post’s e-Parcel service for most of our postage requirements. We will process orders as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of operation and dispatch within 1 to 2 days. If we are out of stock or are experiencing a delay in supply of an order we will notify you within the first 24 hours of our normal operating hours.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Australian Post outlet. The customer is then responsible for collecting the parcel from that outlet or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

There are currently no pick up facilities for orders from HULK 4×4.

Finally, HULK 4×4 does not ship to PO Boxes.


Delivery times will depend on your location. Please allow 10 business days for metropolitan deliveries after items have been dispatched. Rural customers should allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.

These delivery times are provided by Australia Post. They are estimates only and are not binding on us. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods as soon as possible, however we cannot be held liable for any deliveries which fall outside of these times.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email notification featuring an Australia Post tracking number. Please visit to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the couriers system before attempting to track your order.

If an order is not received within a reasonable time, please feel free to contact us for further help.

Please note: some customers may experience longer delivery times during peak seasons, such as during the Christmas to New Year period.


We reserve the right to change delivery costs, delivery methods or delivery service providers without notice.

We also reserve the right to charge you additional postage and handling fees if our delivery service provider informs us that the delivery of products ordered by you will cost more than the average cost of deliveries for other customers in mainland Australia and Tasmania. In this instance, we will inform you of the additional fee in writing. If you do not respond to, or reject, that notification within 7 days, you will be deemed to have agreed to that additional fee. If you do not accept the additional fee, then paragraph 4 under “Orders” of our terms and conditions will apply.


We do not presently deliver to Australian External Territories and Islands.


We do not deliver to international addresses at this point in time.
